No-one’s perfect. Yet, sometimes it’s hard to own up to our mistakes. To quote a well-worn German proverb, “The best brewer sometimes makes bad beer.”
In an interesting Exhibition News article, writer Nadia Cameron asked organizers about their biggest mistakes. Some of the answers included making decisions on gut instinct alone, ignoring research and not clearly understanding our customer base.
I thought it might be time for us to create our own list of mistakes (you can send them anonymously if you like.) If your contribution helps one colleague avoid a pitfall then the discussion will be worthwhile.
