A few years ago while gathering information for a book I was writing; I developed a survey for exhibition organizers. I wanted to see if there were areas that organizers could proactively tackle to improve their relationship with exhibitors.
One of the questions I asked was, “What do you think exhibitors should expect from show management?”
Here are the eight most common answers:
- Access to management’s expertise;
- Regular communication;
- Accurate statistics;
- A well secured and run show;
- Competent suppliers;
- Encouragement and advice;
- A realistic R.O.I.
It has been a couple of years since this survey. Are there items you feel we should add or subtract from the list?
